Orders & gear

Shipping, returns, and other UNEQLD gear.

Does the basketball ship inflated?

No. It ships deflated with a pump needle, which is standard for shipping and protects the shape in transit. Inflate to 7–9 PSI.

Which ball size do I need?

Size 7 (29.5") is the official men's ball. Size 6 (28.5") is the women's and youth standard. Size 5 (27.5") is for junior players. Full detail is on the size guide.

Which resistance level should I start with?

For the hip band, Light is 10 lb and suits most people starting out; Medium is 15 lb; Heavy is 30 lb. For the long band, Light is 60 lb, Medium 90 lb and Heavy 150 lb — those are assisted-pull-up ratings, not what you would use for glute work.

Will the bands roll or snap?

The woven construction is specifically to avoid both. Fabric bands do not roll up the leg the way rubber loops do, and they fail gradually rather than snapping back. Inspect before heavy loading and do not run them over sharp edges.

Does the backpack fit a 16-inch laptop?

Yes. The padded sleeve fits up to 16 inches, and the shoe compartment is separate from the main volume so your kit does not sit against it.

Is the backpack waterproof?

Water-resistant, not waterproof. It sheds rain on a walk or a ride. It is not rated for submersion, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

When is apparel coming?

When it is ready. It goes to the field-test group first. Join the list and you will hear when it lands.

How long do I have to return something?

Seven days from delivery, on anything unused and in its original packaging. That is shorter than a lot of stores offer. Resistance bands that have been used cannot come back at all, for hygiene reasons, and an inflated basketball counts as used — if that one failed, it is a warranty question and we would rather hear about it.

Do you ship internationally?

No — United States only, all 50 states. That is a real limitation rather than a soft launch, and the checkout will not pretend otherwise: it rejects a non-US address rather than taking the order and failing later.
