Privacy

This is a demonstration storefront. The policy below describes what the software actually does.

What we collect

• Order details — name, email, shipping address, optional phone and delivery note, and the items ordered.
• Account details — if you create an account, your email and any name you provide.
• Messages — anything you send through the contact form.
• Newsletter — your email, if you subscribe.

What we do not collect

No card or payment details, because no payments are processed. No third-party advertising or analytics trackers. When you sign in, your bag and wishlist are stored with your account so they are available across devices. Shipping addresses are saved only when you explicitly ask us to save them.

Why

To fulfil orders, answer your questions, and send the drop emails you asked for. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.

How it is stored

In a Supabase Postgres database with row-level security, so an account can only ever read its own orders, addresses, bag and wishlist. Legacy guest orders are reachable only with the order number plus a private token or the matching email address.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by contacting us or emailing hello@uneqld.com. Unsubscribe links are in every marketing email.
